About a year ago I began losing weight. I first started out doing a popular high protein diet. It initially worked to a certain point, but I was not seeing the results I was really looking for. My name is Bruce Heckendorn Jr. I am a 31 year old Houston Fire Fighter who lives in Spring,TX. About 10 months ago as you can see from the before pictures, I was a little out of shape. started taking Lipo-6 Dec 07. I have been working out for a while now, and kicked in high grear after losing 53 lbs , but seemed to lack the ability to lose access body fat. After taking Lipo-6 and following a training program that included cardio, weight training, and eating small 6 meals a day, I've managed to shed 22 lbs of fat.

Lipo 6 is great, I take and don't have to worry about jitters or lack of sleep, I've literally taken my afternoon dosage one day and took a nap, amazing.
